High Fidelity Circumaural Stereo PC Headset with Noise Canceling Microphone and Volume Control
- Plug the pink microphone jack (indicated by a microphone icon) into the “mic in” port.
- Plug the green speaker jack (indicated by a sound icon) into the “speaker” port.
- Fit the adjustable headband over your head to secure the headset. The speakers should be resting comfortably on your ears.
Note: The microphone boom can rotate to adapt to either the right or left side of your head. Do not attempt to rotate the boom beyond the stops (it does not rotate a full 360º).
- Adjust the microphone boom so that the microphone is approximately 3/4″ in front of your mouth. Make sure that you are talking into the voice side of the microphone, indicated by the white dot.Optional: Further enhance your analog headset with Andrea’s USB-SA Digital Audio Adapter. With the adapter, convert your analog signal to digital for better recognition.

How do I request warranty service?
If your device is still not functioning after contacting the Andrea Support Team, you will be asked to submit your proof of purchase via email or fax, verifying that the product was purchased within 1 year. You will then be issued a return material authorization (RMA) number, with complete shipping instructions to return the device to our facility for evaluation. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. A traceable method such as UPS or Fed-X ground is recommended. If the device is found to be defective after evaluation at our facility, a new device will be shipped to you free of charge.
I just recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the headset doesn’t work.
This is usually a soundcard driver issue when upgrading your OS. Try going to the soundcard manufacturer’s website to search for the Windows 10 driver version for your soundcard.
I only get static or what you might call loud distortion noises through my headset.
First eliminate the possibility of a bad audio port by plugging your device into another computer or by trying another headset on the computer in question. If the problem persists contact the Andrea support team.
Headset doesn’t work on my Windows XP earphone outlet
Be sure you are plugging the headset’s green plug into the correct port on your PC? This is the same port where you would connect your external PC desktop speakers, or headphones. Try the headset on a different computer or other audio device? The headset will play back audio from any device with a 3.5mm speaker port. If the problem persists and you are within the 1 year warranty period contact the Andrea support team as your device may be defective.. Please have your proof of purchase handy.
