  • I just recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the headset doesn’t work.

  • I only get static or what you might call loud distortion noises through my headset.

First eliminate the possibility of a bad audio port by plugging your device into another computer or by trying another headset on the computer in question. If the problem persists contact the Andrea support team.

Try the headset on a different computer or other audio device? The headset will play back audio from any device with a 3.5mm speaker port. If the problem persists and you are within the 1 year warranty period contact the Andrea support team as your device may be defective.. Please have your proof of purchase handy.
